The digital show for Jekyll and Hyde mostly replaces a conventional set, and is composed of projected Flash movies, created by illustrators/Flash artists Matt Latchford and Lucy Izzard.
To run a digital show, you'd need:
A large white screen covering the whole of the back wall
A heavy-duty projector with a short throw lens projecting on to that screen
Our continuous series of Flash movies that make up the backdrops for each section of the show, operated from a computer offstage.
Sometimes the backdrops are still, sometimes buzzing with movement, sometimes in motion to suggest character movement on the stage.
The final result is very innovative indeed. Even West End shows have yet to exploit Flash animation to this extent.

From the start of the show through to the Nurses discovering the bloodbank
